Norm is one of the founders and owners of Tier1 Learning Solutions. As the founder of four companies, Norm is a pioneer in the multimedia and Web industries. One recent company, Cambridge Digital Media, Inc., was a national leader in training and Web development. He has worked with a significant number of leading companies including Oracle Corporation, Federal Express, Microsoft, Dow Chemical and NASA. Norm has presented at several national seminars on implementing Web-based learning environments and has published articles in this area as well.

Paul was CIO and Executive Vice President of Operation and Technology at Provident Bank in Cincinnati from 1998 until it was acquired by National City Bank in 2004. Prior to that, he held a variety of senior technology management positions with American Express from 1968 through 1997.

David serves as legal counsel for Dome Capital Advisors, LLC. He has served as General Counsel and Secretary for AF Kelly & Associates, Inc. since July 2000. From 1997 to 2000, Mr. Stetson was General Counsel and Secretary for American Resources Offshore, Inc., an oil and gas exploration and production company. Prior to 1997, Mr. Stetson was in private law practice.
